Review : Porcelain is faulty
I am extremely disappointed by the Portrait Kohler bidet we purchased several years ago. The previous reviewer is correct. I have the same problem with the porcelain on my bidet, and like the reviewer, I should have called right away. It is only under warranty for a year. Mine only got worse, and I think I am going to have to buy another one because my jacuzzi, toilet, and sink are in the same line...bummer. I also spent another $1,000 on very high quality brass fixtures for this bidet. The styling is nice, but the porcelain quality leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure what the answer is. Please note that my bidet has the three holes at the top not the one that is pictured here--but it's the same make.
