Review : Exacttemp CAN'T be Adjusted
My plumber and I have been on the phone for hours with Moen and they've shipped us 2 different cartridges. The temp on this thing can't be adjusted. It's either scalding hot or ice cold. If anyone can offer advice, it would be appreciated. UPDATE: Turns out the valve was drilled backwards in the manufacturing process. The only fix was to open up the wall and switch the hot and cold water lines. What a pain.
