Review : Expensive and Dented with no warranty being honored
Purchased for a new home and kept with us due to high price and went to install and found a dent. Company said because we purchased months ago all they will do is charge us for repairs although it is supposed to be covered by a 3 year warranty. Packing was excellent and no damage but customer service rep. said it is no way it left their warehouse damaged and I said that it was stored separately and there was no way we damaged. So the bottom line is we are stuck with a damaged very expensive shower spa. I would not suggest buying from this company but if you do, do not expect any honoring of a warranty or customer service.
