Review : DTV2 Ruku Media doesn't work
I have the DTV2 installed with media system for about 10 months. The shower works great but the media and the so called media player which uses Roku software is completely useless. It plays a song or song and half and stops - stating "Server Error" I have tried calling roku - they will NOT support it and Koholer just keeps making excuses like it the cable or router or internet connection. I install cable, to include fiber and have thousands invested in test equipment - 100% positive it's not hte cable and I have checked the internet for weeks and no issues. This is poorly design and non-supported system. - DO NOT BUY
