I bought this shower set up because it was a Moan valve body. (boy have they slipped) The Shower trim is very attractive and seems well made. (surprise) The problem I have is all the internals are plastic. The main valve is flimsy and I feel will break if pulled to hard. The hand held shower attachment to the wall is all plastic internally (threads ect.). It is very easy to break and crack. I was also missing screws and trim which I had to notify Moen about because Zoe told me contact Moen because they couldn't help. It was tough to disassemble for sweating. Something held one of the cartridges in and it was difficult to remove. The other came out fine. When reassembled you can put the cartridges in so as to reverse your hot and cold. When I reassemble one way it leaks the other is doesn't. All in all if it was not a pain to remove I would. If I had it to do again I would buy it at Home Depot, Don't waste your time!
