This sink was purchased in 2008 and installed in my kitchen. This week I saw a crack running front to back on the left side where the bottom meets the side. I contacted Kohler via telephone and they told me to e-mail a picture of the crack which I did. Today, via e-mail, Christie C at Kohler Customer Service told me that she deeply apologizes, but the sink only carries a ONE YEAR WARRANTY. She advised I buy another one. Kohler did not offer the repair the sink nor did they offer a method by which I could do this myself or have it done. I have purchased many Kohler products over the years and am shocked that they charge such high prices for sinks that do not last. BEWARE of Kohler products. I will not be buying Kohler again.
