The marketing pictures show a bookmatched (cut from the same piece of wood) veneer on the drawer fronts, but in reality they're random veneer pieces. This goes beyond 'natural wood variations' and is deceptive. I also noted that none of the 'slow-closing' drawers worked smoothly, one not at all. Also FYI the granite top has a pink cast, and the two identical vanities I ordered had a slightly different overall color cast which made them a poor choice for side-by-side installation. Finally the wood grain in real life was very muted compared to the marketing pictures showing a bold pattern and significant color variation.

Kohler did not offer the repair the sink nor did they offer a method by which I could do this myself or have it done.
