And this product was installed in my house by a certified contractor and ever since I have nothing but complete headache due to this. This product is supposed to be brand new, but the circuit board in this range hood keeps on tripping my circuit board at my home. I paid a highly qualified/certified contractor to install this unit in my house, and paid over $600 for the job, and after just 1 day of installment I had the contractor come to my house again, and have him see why my circuit board keeps on tripping because I first thought something must be wrong with a way this unit was installed. But when the contractor checked all the outlets, and the circuit board in my house to check to make sure the unit was not asking for my voltage/amp then the circuit board can support. But when we I managed to turn on this unit, it was only using 1.6 amp of electric, and the circuit board can support up to 15...
