Overall this shower panel is a good product for the price that I purchased it for. The body spray jets could provide a better massage feeling instead of just shooting water along my body and back. I did have problems adjusting the temperature regulator and since they dont provide a very detailed manual I had to email them and technical support was slow and poor. I was given a link to a YOUTUBE video which was not the most clear on how to adjust the temperature regulator. I think the product and technical support is located in the UK so the time difference made it impossible to talk to anyone. Support was provided only by emails.
