I purchased this shower column in April 2011 - not through Amazon but through a supplier. Three months in, the temperature gauge stopped turning clockwise past 104 deg, forcing us into showers each day much hotter than we bargained for. When I called the company, they said they didn't have the part and it would take 4-5 weeks for it to come in.
