Review : We Got a Lemon
What can I say? From the beginning, this has been a lemon. Before it was even used we had to replace the part that generated the steam. It worked for a short while and then we had to replace it again. Now the aromatherapy piece, where you put in oil, has fallen out. I noticed it was loose while showering and tried to tighten it. I heard something drop in the back and the whole cheap plastic piece came out. The steam, inner fan and radio are not working as well and it's past the warranty. This is a beautiful looking shower but cheaply made. Explore other models.
I'm stuck with using it as a shower...and that's pretty expensive!
