Buyer beware: our jets leaked when we first installed the spa, and other fittings were loose. Called Pulse, and they assured us the spa went through their quality control, but there's no way it did. They offered to send replacement ONLY AFTER hearing we bought this from Amazon.com (which has a great return policy, so 5 stars for Amazon!). We only have the one full bath and had already been without our shower for 2 weeks, so returning the spa and waiting for the replacement just wasn't an option. Consequently, this cost us another $250 in plumbing and installation costs. Not as much of a bargain any more. And now that it's working, we actually find the jets a bit prickly rather than pulsing. In general, we'd recommend buying this only if you have a working 2nd bathroom in case you have to return the item. Oh, and the "manual" is a one-page installation guide: very thin on explanations and demonstrative diagrams. Pulse needs to beef up its manuals and its quality control. All that said,...
