Very disappointed in the flimsy plastic shower heads, both the rainfall and handheld, especially since the rest of the unit is excellent. If you're prepared to throw away the chintzy shower heads and spend a couple of hundred more on some quality metal ones, this would be a fine unit. But for the price you shouldn't have to. The description says "Chrome" but it's just chrome colored plastic. Strange since the other components, including the heavy chrome (METAL) goose neck, are high quality, and then it's ruined by throwing in dime store shower heads. The seller said Pulse won't provide any quality substitute. So beware.

I was a bit nervous to order a vanity on-line as I was concerned about quality and shipping. However, the piece is beautiful -- heavy wood and great construction on the doors and drawers(the euro-soft-close is great). The faucet works well and the hardware on the doors is good quality. The color is espresso, and at times, in the light, looks very rich brown, other times it seems black. The drawers are a bit smaller than I imagined from the photo, but that was just my perception. Product shipped in a crate and came through fine...glass needed to be moved a bit to sit flush -- but, that was not a problem. The mirror looks much higher quality than it does in the photo. Great buy!

We just tried to install this door in a 48 in opening. It does not say anywhere how big is the entry opening when you actually slide the door open. We were stunned to find out that the actual opening is only 18 inches! You have to enter the shower sideways! The only dimension you find in the documentation is the sliding door size (~25") but that is misleading because the door does not slide all the way behind the fixed panel, but it stands out into the opening ~ 6 " due to the handle and the roller stop on the top rail. The door is really not suitable for a 48" shower. You need a swing door in order to comfortably walk in and out of the shower. I don't recommend this door for 48" shower size.

The cost of custom and semi-custom plywood cabinets alone was way more than the cost of this unit which includes everything! I was sold on the solid oak, the 6-way adjustable hinges on the doors and the soft close doors and draws. The unit arrived in 7 days from placement of order! No damage as the boxes were well packed and palletized perfectly. I opened the units and they look great! The glass surface looks 10 times better than any picture can show and the fillers look awesome! I estimate that I saved at least $2500 over the approach I was taking and am very happy with the looks and the dark expresso color! Having the mirrors included was a nice surprise, too! I'd recommend Virtu USA to anyone doing a bathroom makover.

Buyer beware: our jets leaked when we first installed the spa, and other fittings were loose. Called Pulse, and they assured us the spa went through their quality control, but there's no way it did. They offered to send replacement ONLY AFTER hearing we bought this from Amazon.com (which has a great return policy, so 5 stars for Amazon!). We only have the one full bath and had already been without our shower for 2 weeks, so returning the spa and waiting for the replacement just wasn't an option. Consequently, this cost us another $250 in plumbing and installation costs. Not as much of a bargain any more. And now that it's working, we actually find the jets a bit prickly rather than pulsing. In general, we'd recommend buying this only if you have a working 2nd bathroom in case you have to return the item. Oh, and the "manual" is a one-page installation guide: very thin on explanations and demonstrative diagrams. Pulse needs to beef up its manuals and its quality control. All that said,...
