Mountain Plumbing seems to supply many of the water filtration companies with faucets, instant hot units and other associated products. However, they do not stand by their products or offer replacement/repair for products that have KNOWN issues.
Like the previous reviewer, we had our instant hot system flood our under sink area and damage brand new, expensive cabinets in our newly remodeled kitchen. The hose that connects the water heating unit to the faucet melted where it attaches to the heating unit, water then sprayed everywhere under the cabinet and we didn't realize this was occurring until there was so much water underneath that it began to run out of the cabinet onto the floor.
