Purchased this faucet, and it leaked and lost some of its finish. When I called the manufacturer for a replace/fix, I was told there is no warranty. Previously, when I called about a warranty concerning the matching soap dispenser shearing off at the metal to plastic connection, the company replaced it without question. The website for Mico Designs Ltd clearly states life time warranty but I think they have changed their business practices. Don't purchase a Mico Design product. Too expensive of a mistake... check with BBB because I'm not the only one complaining about their warranty. The one star is because you can't go lower.

Under no circumstances should you consider purchasing this faucet. I am giving this rating one star because 0 stars is not an option. The cost of this faucet puts it in the premium range for residential faucets, however, the construction is sub-par. It appears the upper portion of the faucet is too heavy for the lower portion. Where the joints meet (two joints if you use the extension piece) is extremely unstable. My plumber worked with it but because the main point which holds the faucet to the counter (the threaded pin) is offset, so there is no way to get even pressure for a secure mounting. This in turn causes the base to be unstable. Moving the threaded pin to the center of the faucet and would add stability but the construction quality needs to be improved. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with this product. Save your money and look elsewhere.

My plumber installed this Rohl Perrin & Rowe 4746PN-2 Aquitaine kitchen faucet w/spray in our custom built kitchen today and found two out of three water lines leaked (in other words - defective). The return policy says I must pay for the return shipping and not be refunded for the original shipping. I might as well go to a Rohl dealer and buy the parts. My plumber tells me you can not use the water lines from Home Depot or Lowes, you must go to a Rohl dealer. One would think if you pay over $1000.00 for a kitchen faucet that it should work perfectly.

I called the manufacturer directly (Rohl)and told customer service what had happened, without hesitation they mailed me two new waterlines without charge. I received them the next day. Review : Nice sink, but arrived damaged
My wife fell in love with the sink, but it arrived damaged so we had to return it. It is well over 100 lb and it must have been dropped too many times in transit, so the finish was scraped off in several places. I would have given it five stars otherwise. It comes with a few cool inserts (strainer, rack, etc.) and has a very unique design.

Although the sink appears to be well made, the manufacturer should package the sink better so that it could withstand the rigors of transportation. It needs 2 people to lift the large box and UPS usually has just one person on the truck, so my guess is that its going to be dropped. Our box was torn badly and re-taped before it arrived. So somewhere along they way, someone knew it was damaged. It might be best to use a carrier that sends 2 people to unload.
