We purchased the Rohl R3810 for a kitchen remodel job and have been plagued with problems with this faucet from day one. My wife HATES this expensive faucet and, while Rohl has a lifetime warranty, they have shipped us new cartridges at no cost, but the faucet still FAILS TO PERFORM. We attempt to use the faucet in a way to conserve water but it is either on full blast or off. It is almost impossible for her to control as it is way too stiff. Additionally the swing spout has become quite difficult to move from lock-to-lock. Next time we will buy a less expensive, but more reliable faucet such as MOEN or DELTA.

My plumber installed this Rohl Perrin & Rowe 4746PN-2 Aquitaine kitchen faucet w/spray in our custom built kitchen today and found two out of three water lines leaked (in other words - defective). I bought my new sink online, and I love it. It is very heavy and sturdy, and looks great. I put it in a 1929 house - it fits the era, but somehow looks like it could be in a modern kitchen.

Some notes -- it requires an extended flange for the insikerator garbage disposal, which is about impossible to find. I should have ordered it with the sink. I had to go to 6 hardware stores to find it and it was $70.

My contractor had to make a custom steel support for it as it weighs 205lbs - he was concerned about the weight when filled with water.
