I am extremely disappointed by the Portrait Kohler bidet we purchased several years ago. The previous reviewer is correct. I have the same problem with the porcelain on my bidet, and like the reviewer, I should have called right away. It is only under warranty for a year. Mine only got worse, and I think I am going to have to buy another one because my jacuzzi, toilet, and sink are in the same line...bummer. I also spent another $1,000 on very high quality brass fixtures for this bidet. The styling is nice, but the porcelain quality leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure what the answer is. Please note that my bidet has the three holes at the top not the one that is pictured here--but it's the same make.

Review : Disappointed with Kohler
The sink came in original packing and we found scratches on the bottom of the sink basin. Amazon replaced it and the same problem... Scratches! Both sinks came with a cutting board packaged in cardboard in the basin. I don't know if the cardboard scratched it or the finish was defective. Both sinks were made the same day, same oven etc. I am waiting to see if Kohler has any answers. Amazon has been great, they even scheduled a pick up for both sinks, they are over 100 pounds each. I do not want a sink that is scratched by cardboard. If you order this sink inspect it carefully and with good lighting. It is a beautiful design and color, but not functional if it really is prone to such easy scratching.
