Initially the o rings at divertor valve leaked, but a replacement o rings set was sent and it works fine now. I had to wait over a week to get these parts replaced without a shower. Hansgrohe warranty were quick to respond to my emails but as the product was bought on amazon.co. they asked me to go back to Amazon .com It is well made, expensive and has a simple elegant look. Given the high cost for this shower head wonder why the water stem ( short connecting pipe) inside the control valve is made of plastic material. I have seen other brands cheaper where all the connecting pipes are made of copper or brass. I have had the shower installed about 3 months ago and happy so far with the Hansgrohe showerpipe.
