This vanity is beautiful. While I have not fully unwrapped it, what I have unwrapped is FABULOUS! I order this item the day before Thanksgiving (11/21/12) and the item was delivered 11/30/12. Chans provided excellent customer service. They emailed me to confirm my shipping address and telephone numbers, provided a tracking number for the freight carrier. Estes Freight was great. Even though they gave a 5 hour delivery window, the driver called at least an hour before arrival and rolled the pallet into my garage since I live on a rural road with no shoulder for him to park. This item is heavy but as a woman, I was able to rotate the box on the pallet and open the package. The vanity was packaged and wrapped very well. I unwrapped the sink, which is absolutely gorgeous! The marble top is beautiful. I will provide an updated review once I unwrapped the vanity base which I currently assume is as beautiful as the sink and counter top. Thank you Chans for great customer service...
