I shopped weeks before i decided on this sink. It comes in a wooden crate and is wrapped nicely. The color is beautiful. I have had it installed about 4 weeks now. I did drip some liquid dishwashing liquid on it and it lightened the finish but within a few days you could see it start to darken (heal). Now you can't see the spot at all it blends with the rest of the finish. You can rub with a protective wax but I have not yet. I was concerned about bowls or pans rubbing off the finish but this sink is not as delicate as I had feared it would be. The corners are nicely rounded and its slopped to drain without pudding water. I had an under mounted poor quality sink that had to be cut from the granite to remove. This sink is so beautiful i would not want it to be mounted beneath the stone but it can be dropped in or under mounted. I love the size and depth. I have always had a 2 bowl sink but have no regrets with going to a large 1 bowl. I have a single faucet with pull down...
