When I found this sink and faucet on Amazon for this price I was extremely happy. This sink was exactly what I was looking for my kitchen renovation project. It was delivered super fast and we opened the package immediately and everything appeared to be fine. My husband commented that the packaging looked as if it had been re-packaged, but we really didn't think too much about it since the sink looked to be brand new. We kept it in its box, wrapped, for the next few weeks until it was ready to be installed. We were horrified to find on the day of install that there was a very small scratch and dent on the front surface and it looked like someone had attempted to "fix" it by polishing the scratched area. All that did was make it look more obvious since the front of the sink has a brushed finish. Needless to say, there was nothing we could do since we were getting countertops installed that day and needed the sink. The scratch is not really noticeable to someone who doesn't know...
