However, what should have been an easy install took a professional 2 hours plus a trip to Lowes to get a drainage pipe that would work with my system and even worse would not leak. He had never seen a "deodorant pipe" and am not sure how that worked, but that had to be abandoned because of leaks. Another odd thing is the bowl will not completely empty, maybe by an eighth of a cup of water, because the lip sets higher than the basin. I'm wondering how much of a problem that is going to be. Perhaps more detailed instructions would have helped--nothing but pictures. The faucet is certainly cool. How the vanity surface will hold up under spills and other wear and tear is another concern.

Cabinets came all assembled. You just need to install the sinks, faucets, and plumbing and attach the cabinets and mirrors to the wall. For the 12" cabinet, you need to unscrew two screws off the railing located on the bottom of the top drawer to remove the top drawer. This will give you room to mount the 12" cabinet/vanity to your wall. If you have drywall in your bathroom, I recommend purchasing new fasteners and screws for drywall from Home Depot/Lowes/Hardware store to attach the cabinet to the wall. The fasteners that came with the cabinet/vanities are for brick/stone walls, found in most European homes. Only makes sense considering this vanity is made in Italy.

I looked for along time. We had a very narrow width to deal with but all the other ones I looked at had faux drawers that did not work or it was just a door to your piping. I needed real drawers. These drawers are the silent ones that close themselves. And there are 4 drawers. It looks very stylish. The sink is big. I like the composite used it is easy to clean and things don't break off of it. The faucet is really beautiful and modern. The vanity that came with it is gorgeous. It has mirrors on the sides as well as inside. When you open it up it looks back lit. It is easy to clean because it is all glass. I could not be happier. Our contractor said he had installed many that looked like this but this was the best quality he had seen and had real drawers. It is a great piece. highly recommend.
