This is a cute well-made little vanity. However, what should have been an easy install took a professional 2 hours plus a trip to Lowes to get a drainage pipe that would work with my system and even worse would not leak. He had never seen a "deodorant pipe" and am not sure how that worked, but that had to be abandoned because of leaks. Another odd thing is the bowl will not completely empty, maybe by an eighth of a cup of water, because the lip sets higher than the basin. I'm wondering how much of a problem that is going to be. Perhaps more detailed instructions would have helped--nothing but pictures. The faucet is certainly cool. How the vanity surface will hold up under spills and other wear and tear is another concern.
