Got vanity two days ago and it is absolutely beautiful. Not installed yet-waiting on contractor to get that far. I don't know if I would ever order another huge item though because that is where it went to the dogs. We were called and set up a delivery appointment window of 10-2 and they called on that day and changed it to 4-6. We are in our 70's so husband got people in our retirement community to help him get it up to our 5th floor condo. Well at 6:30 they called and said it would be another hour or more. Our help all left and we waited and waited. They tell you when they email that they only dump it off at the curb. That wasn't disclosed when you order or if it was I missed it. Anyway at 8:15 it was here and my husband called two men on our floor and we finally got it up to our unit. They made him sign a paper saying we got it in good order and I don't know how you know that until you open it up. We opened everything up the next morning and it was packed really well.
