This is a really nice sink and Amazon sells it for a good price. Kohler packages the sink in a box with the bottom resting against the bottom of the box. Amazon, however, will not double box this item when they ship it to you and the item arrived with the bottom dented. A replacement was sent and it was also not double boxed and was damaged in shipping. Also, the replacement wasn't new as the box had been previously opened and the sink had water stains on it. Amazon tells you to pay to return it, insured, and they will reimburse you. However, Amazon, only refunded $10 for shipping and I had to call (800) 201-7575 to get them to refund the $70 it cost me to ship it back UPS Ground. Amazon also tried to charge me a restocking fee, and it took another call and a lot of time on hold to get them to refund the full amount. I could not recommend ordering stainless steel sinks from Amazon.
