Review : Good quality, very attractive system but one issue
I just had this installed in my newly renovated bathroom. It is very attractive and I am pleased with the quality. Really looks beautiful and is much better looking than all of the other shower, handheld and tub combination systems I looked at. One disappointment is that the tub water flow is not strong. I thought there was a problem with the install and asked my plumber. He called Symmons customer service and they said the tub water flow pressure is by design. So there is no way to fix it. However the handheld shower and overhead shower pressure and water flow are both excellent. If you plan to use this primarily to take baths in your tub, I would advise against purchasing this since it would take a very long time to fill the tub. However if you plan to use this primarily for showering, I think it would be something you could live with (as I plan to) since I like everything else about it.
